Sam and Heather- scratch that- Sam and Krista- wait nope- Sam and Zach discuss the next movie on this year's spooky season list. One of the most talked about movies of 2025. What are you more afraid of: getting what you wish for or being a woman? 

Spooky season is finally upon us!! To kick things off Sam and Heather discuss one of the classics- who doesn't know the image of a young girl covered head to toe in blood as she unleashes her fury at prom?! Buckle in, this one is a wild ride! 

Heather is back!!!! Through the power of time none of you were aware she had left but boy did Sam miss her. It's always a fun experience to record again after so long and while it's usually a mess (see Ep 83: Abigail) we are learning and growing and we almost kind of nailed it this time? 

Courtney is back this week to wrap up a series that she and Sam started ages ago. Finally the last of the original X-Men trilogy movies, why did they drag their feet so long to finish this series? I think they get to the bottom of it in the episode.

Sam is joined once again by her brother Andrew, this was a special birthday recording so Andrew got to pick the movie. His choice involves one of the Midwest's beloved cryptids, as long as you don't see him of course. 

As summer comes to an end, Sam and Heather wrap up their Avengers series. The fact that Heather mostly watched 5 Avenger movies is worth celebrating on its own. Very few things end in a satisfying way- can the MCU pull off a satisfying conclusion to the Infinity Saga?
